Brownies
A super easy recipe for the perfect treat.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp shredded linseeds
- 150 g flour
- 75 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 175 g vegan butter
- 200 g sugar
- vanilla sugar
- 80 mL oat milk (or other)
- 150 g chocolate pieces
Directions
- Prepare "eggs" by mixing 2 tbsp shredded linseeds with 6 Tbsp boiling water, let it rest for 5 min.
- Half-melt 175 g vegan butter in the microwave.
- Add 200 g sugar and one package of vanulla sugar and mix.
- Mix 150 g flour, 75 g cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- Grease the baking tray (you can use a 27.9x17.8 cm or a muffin tray) and fill in the dough.
- Sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate pieces
- Bake for approximately 30 min at 175-260°C.
- The longer you bake the drier the brownies will be, so don't bake them too long.
- When the brownies are done they will still feel very soft, they will become harder once cooled.
