Ingredients
- 1.5 kg potatoes
- salt
- pepper
- neutral plant oil
- apple sauce/compote
Directions
- peel and grate potatoes into a large bowl
- add salt and pepper and kneed grates potatoes
- heat oil in pan
- on medium heat add a spoon of grated potato and flatten with a spatula
- fry until golden brown from both sides
- serve hot with apple compote
